The kit is incomplete. The center section is missing. Only the brackets, ball, hardware, latch components, and other parts shown in the photos are included.
GNRC823 is the center-box component used with B&W mounting kit GNRM1123. B&W identifies the complete GNRC823 center box as including outer side plates, inner side plates, center section, 2-5/16" ball, latch pin handle, and related hardware.
