Damaged Headlight Lenses? Cracked, hazed, or rock-chipped?
Our premium replacement headlight lenses offer a cost-effective alternative to replacing your entire headlight assembly. Restore clarity, appearance, and performance without the expense of a full housing replacement.
Why Choose Lightwerkz Lenses?
Skip the uncertainty of ordering from unknown overseas sellers. Long shipping times, inconsistent quality, and subpar sealants are common issues. Many kits include low-grade windshield sealant that we do not recommend for proper headlight resealing.
These are the exact lenses we install for our in-house customers. After extensive testing with multiple overseas manufacturers, we’ve partnered with a top-tier supplier to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Every set is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.
Key Features:
- OEM-grade, injection-molded construction
- Direct replacement for factory headlight lenses
- Ideal solution for restoring worn or damaged headlights
- Durable UV-resistant protective coating
- Anti-fog treatment for long-lasting clarity
Installation Notes:
Professional installation is strongly recommended. The factory lens must be heated and removed as part of the process. If you’d like us to handle the installation, please contact us directly to schedule service.
Important Care Recommendation:
To maximize longevity, we strongly recommend applying paint protection film (PPF) to the lenses after installation. Headlight lenses are constantly exposed to UV rays, road debris, environmental contaminants, and harsh detergents, all of which can accelerate wear over time—especially in southern climates.
While our lenses feature a protective coating, long-term durability ultimately depends on real-world conditions and maintenance. Applying PPF is the most effective way to preserve clarity and prevent premature degradation, keeping your headlights looking their best for years to come.
