The brackets mount to your bike in just minutes using yourexisting valve cover bolts and allow you to change your foot positionoccasionally to give your knees a rest. The brackets are cut from mild steel and powder coated withsilver powder to approximate the color of your valve covers. They are the onlyfootpeg brackets on the market that allow for the offset of the cylinders onyour bike. You may not have noticed, but the cylinders on BMW motorcycles areoffset. The cylinder on the right side is aft of the cylinder on the left, sothe pair of brackets you get will compensate for that offset and position both of your feet the same distance in front of you for a morecomfortable ride.
The Talon brackets come with a 1/2\" hole that willaccommodate almost any after-market footpeg designed to be mounted with a boltthrough a hole. Footpegs designed to be mounted to a tubular crash bar will notwork. The brackets DO NOT come with footpegs; the posted price is for thebrackets ONLY!
