Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 30 day return policy. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping and MUST contact us via message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.
Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer\'s expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on \"free shipping\" items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.
