Installation Notes
This turbo uses a standard right-hand thread.
Turn the compressor wheel to the left to loosen.
Do not torque the Wicked Wheel onto the shaft.
Simply snug the wheel until it fully seats.
The wheel will self-tighten to full torque.
Turbo balancing after installation is not necessary because the wheel is factory balanced.
Boost Recommendation
For 1999–2003 models, DIESELSITE recommends continuing to use a wastegate to help prevent excessive boost.
For maximum stock turbo life, do not exceed 32 PSI of boost for extended periods.
