I am a US based seller and all orders are shipped from Georgia, USA.
Item Condition Notes:
- See condition description (Seller Notes) for a full list of issues.
- The item itself is in new and unused condition.
- The item pictured is the exact unit being sold, examine photos closely before purchase, if there is a discrepancy between the description and photos, please message me.
- The packaging has NOT been opened and may be damaged.
- The packaging may have slight marks, small scratches, and minor dents from general handling in store (refer to pictures).
- The item is currently being stored in a smoke-free and climate controlled location.
The only item included is the item pictured and nothing else unless specifically stated.
It is always my goal that you are satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, I will make it right. You can return the item in it\'s original condition within 30 days for your money back (See my GERNAL STORE POLICIES for more details). SHIPPING TIME:
All orders have a 2 Business Day handling time at the latest. This means that if you purchased an item on Monday, it will ship out on Wednesday at the latest. However, Saturday, Sunday, and any Federal holidays do NOT count as business days. For example, if you order an item on a Friday, it will ship out by the following Tuesday at the latest. (I cannot delay shipping beyond the 2 business days, per guidelines).
However, I will always do my best to ship out any orders on the same day or next day when I am able. Most orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday.
SHIPPING CARRIER:
Unless otherwise stated, I offer Free Shipping for your order. This means that it is not an extra fee that you need to pay. However, if you would like a specific carrier or service, you must request such before purchase. In most cases, you will be able to upgrade to Priority Mail for a small upcharge, please message me.
In most cases, I use USPS Ground Advantage as this is the most affordable and allows the price you pay for the item to be lower than it would otherwise have to be. Larger and heavier items are typically shipped with FedEx Home Delivery for the same reason. If this would be an issue for you, please message me before purchasing.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
As previously stated, it is genuinely my goal for you to be happy with your purchase and feel that you had a positive experience with my business. If there are any issues with the item, you can open a return through the Order Details page. Please message me before doing so, in case there is a simpler solution that works for both of us.
However, in order for your return to qualify for a 100% refund, it must meet a couple criteria, which is as follows:
- Return must be opened within 30 days of the stated delivery date.
- The return must be shipped back to me within the timeframe that gives you.
- The return must be packaged securely to ensure no damage occurs on the shipment back to me.
- The return must be received by me in the same condition that I sent it to you. This means, if you buy a new item and use it, it is no longer eligible for a 100% refund. Please keep any packaging until you are sure you do not need to return the item. please message me with any clarification regarding this.
