This is a generator REBUILTby me. I have over 50 years experience rebuilding alternators, generators andstarters. It has been completely disassembled, cleaned and tested. The armaturehas been turned and under cut and checked on the growler for shorts. It has newsealed bearings (does not need oiling), newbrushes, reassembled and tested on my test bench. I have the brushes adjusted to 8-10 amps on my test bench.

I have beenrebuilding generators and starters since September 1960. I can remember thinking at that time “I surehope I don’t have to do this for the rest of my life”. Well… that was over 50years ago and 10’s of thousands of rebuilds later. Only now I am enjoying doingthese units and selling them on .
