EELCO made Gear Shifter Knobs a set of (2) - #1730 S - Chrome round ball type with the flat top for the insert. Has a opening to customize with your own style of insert. I also have these inserts listed. The knobs are a metal material and is done in chrome finish. These are machined with the threaded hole for the shift knob to screw on to the shifter arm. (suggest you add a little bit of lock tight). This is a standard size threaded knob but not all makers of the shifter arms are the same thread size. You can buy a kit of adapters for about $8 look on the web. These are actual item pictures not stock photos. The last picture is for my reference.
