HIGH CAPACITY OIL SUMP
The EMPI 00-9142-0 is a High-Capacity Oil Sump designed to be compatible with Volkswagen air-cooled engines, particularly for Baja and Sand Rail applications. This oil sump increases the oil capacity by 1.5 quarts, which helps prevent oil starvation and enhances engine cooling due to its cast finned design.
Key Features:
- Material: Cast finned aluminum for improved with Volkswagen air-cooled engines, all 1200cc-1600cc engine types, but not suitable for 25hp and 36hp motors.
- Includes: All necessary hardware and three sizes of pick-up tubes to accommodate different engine setups.
- Dimensions: Measures 10 ½” x 9” x 2 ¾”.
- Function: Increases oil supply and prevents oil starvation, ensuring better engine performance.
