Provide Vacuum to Power Brake Booster: Self adjusting inline vacuum switch, cycles the pump on & off.Operates when vacuum drops below 18 inches and turns off when over 22 inches.Ideal for cars when the proper amount of vacuum is not being generated. And recommended for cars with 15" of vacuum or less at idle
