How to measure spacer thickness:
Simple method to confirm the thickness you need: use a straight edge (e.g. a metal ruler) against the rim\'s outermost point (closest to the fender, top preferred). Measure the distance from the wheel\'s outside to the straight edge — this is your required spacer thickness for a flush / near-flush fender fit.
Too thin = wheel / caliper interference; too thick = tire rubbing on fenders. Proper sizing ensures safety and compliance with local laws.
What Are Rim Spacers Torque Specs?
Installing rim spacers is not a difficult task, but it requires some tools and skills. You need to follow the instructions from the manufacturer and use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to the specified torque values. Here is the REFERENCE torque spec for a car:
