MANUFACTURING AND SURFACE FINISH
All our products are manufactured using professional industrial-grade 3D printing systems and proprietary filament materials developed and produced by our company.
After 3D printing and quality control, the product surface is professionally levelled using a specialized filler suitable for plastic components. The product is then coated with matte black primer to provide a suitable base for painting.
The product is delivered with a matte black primed finish and can be painted in any color to match your vehicle or individual project.
PRODUCT OPTIONS
The components included with your order depend on the product option selected at checkout.
AIR DUCT ONLY
This option includes a vehicle-specific air duct designed for installation in the relevant headlight area, together with the required mounting brackets.
The air duct may be:
- Used to direct additional air into the engine bay.
- Connected to a custom intake hose.
- Integrated into a turbo intake configuration.
- Used as part of a custom automotive or motorsport-inspired project.
Hoses, clamps, filters and other connection components are not included. These must be selected separately according to the customer’s individual vehicle setup.
HEADLIGHT HOUSING VERSION
This option includes the product with a prepared projector mounting area. Vehicle-specific mounting brackets and the projector mounting adapter are included.
The projector, lens, Xenon system, bulb, ballast, wiring and other electronic lighting components are not included.
PROJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
The headlight housing is compatible with either of the following projector systems shown in the product photographs:
- 76 mm projector lens
- 2.5-inch Bi-Xenon projector
We do not supply either projector system. The customer may purchase one of these two compatible systems separately and install it into the prepared headlight housing.
For vehicles primarily used in daily road traffic, a suitable 2.5-inch Bi-Xenon projector system is recommended. The 76 mm projector configuration is generally more suitable for custom, display or motorsport-inspired projects.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the selected lighting system complies with all applicable local road and vehicle regulations.
LHD AND RHD SIDE SELECTION
The Driver Side and Passenger Side options in our listings are labelled according to Left-Hand Drive vehicles.
If you own a Right-Hand Drive vehicle, the side selection must be reversed:
- For the driver side of an RHD vehicle, select Passenger Side.
- For the passenger side of an RHD vehicle, select Driver Side.
- If purchasing both sides, select Both Sides normally.
Please carefully check your steering-wheel position and the required installation side before ordering.
INSTALLATION AND COMPATIBILITY
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Test-fit the product before completing any permanent installation work.
- Modified, repaired or non-standard vehicles may require minor fitting adjustments.
