Q1. Why won't the car radio turn on?Please check the car radio's voltage: 12V. When testing the car radio, you can connect the red and yellow wires and attach them to the positive terminal of the power supply. The black wire goes to the negative terminal of the power supply. Insert a fuse of the same type to test the car radio.Note: Be sure to use our power cables to connect the car radio. The original vehicle connector cannot be plugged directly into our unit.
Q2. Why does the car radio display "No Signal" when reversing?Please check if the camera cable is correctly connected to the car radio.Note: The reverse camera's video port must be plugged into the "CAMIN-Port" of the car radio.
Q3. Why does the camera display "!" and "Videos cannot be viewed while driving" when I watch videos via USB?Turn off the "Video Warning Function" in the Settings – then it will work.
Q4. Why can't FM be searched?The radio antenna is not plugged in.Please check if the radio antenna is plugged in. Reinsert the antenna several times to ensure a good connection.The location signal is weak. Go to a place with better reception to test again.The vehicle's radio antenna is defective/inoperative; replace the radio antenna and test again.
Q5. Why can't the car radio's Bluetooth connect?Open the phone settings screen, enable Bluetooth in the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, and select the player's Bluetooth model to pair. If a pairing code is required, enter 0000; if not, try 1234 or 123456. Try testing this function with another mobile phone. If all methods are applied correctly but Bluetooth still doesn't work, unplug the connector on the back of the player and plug it back in after 3 minutes.
