Material: This water control valve is usually composed of a high-temperature resistant fiberglass reinforced nylon PA66-GF30 valve body, stainless steel valve core and spring, copper paraffin temperature sensing element, and coolant resistant EPDM ternary ethylene propylene rubber sealing ring.
Power: This mechanical water control valve operates automatically based on the temperature of the coolant and does not require external power supply, therefore it does not have a rated power.
Purpose: Suitable for matching engine cooling systems of Infiniti Q50, Q60, used to replace water control valves with part numbers 21250-5CA0A/212505CA0A.
Working function: It adjusts the flow direction and flow rate of the coolant based on the engine temperature, allowing the engine to quickly heat up and maintain a suitable working temperature.
Working principle: After the coolant is heated up, the paraffin temperature sensing element expands and pushes the valve core to open. When the temperature decreases, the spring resets the valve core, thereby automatically switching the coolant circulation channel.
