FULL DISCLOSURE — PLEASE READ
We have been selling used automotive parts on since 1998 and have more than 28 years of experience. We are a small, family-run business and always do our best to accurately describe our items and keep our customers satisfied.
Many of our parts are used or NOS and may be 20–30+ years old. Normal age-related wear, surface rust, discoloration, and other imperfections should be expected unless specifically noted otherwise.
We generally prefer to under-promise and over-deliver, which is reflected in our customer response.
Although we are very knowledgeable about the parts we sell, we are not experts on every vehicle, model year, production change, or factory variation.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING FITMENT BEFORE PURCHASE. Please research your application, compare part numbers when applicable, and carefully review all photos and the description.
If we make an error or unintentionally overlook a significant defect, please contact us. We will always do our best to work with our customers and resolve legitimate concerns.

RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS A WARRANTY IS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THE LISTING.
We do not offer free returns. As a small family business, we cannot absorb the cost of shipping items back and forth across the country.
The buyer is responsible for all original delivery and return shipping costs on returned items, even if the original listing offered free shipping. Applicable shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.
────────
SHIPPING
Most items ship the next business day via UPS or USPS. We allow a 3–5 business day handling period for larger, unusual, or specially packaged items.
Flat-rate shipping charges shown in the listing are the amount charged. If shipping is significantly overestimated, we will refund the difference when appropriate.
Oversized and remote-area shipping charges are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control.
We combine shipping whenever possible. Please contact us if purchasing multiple items.
────────
WARRANTY
If a warranty is offered, it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Due to fraudulent returns we have experienced, we discreetly mark our parts and/or maintain detailed photographs to verify their identity and condition. These markings may or may not be visible in the listing and may be used in the event of a return or claim.
We apologize for this precaution and appreciate our many honest customers who make doing business worthwhile.
Thank you for looking and for supporting our small family business!
