Professional Installation Guidance
Let the boxer engine and exhaust system fully cool for 1–2 hours before disassembly to avoid severe high-temperature burns.
Remove old rusted exhaust assembly, fully clean carbon and old gasket residue off all flange mounting surfaces.
Place new sealing gaskets flat between every pipe joint, tighten all clamps and bolts evenly to prevent exhaust gas leakage.
Adjust exhaust rubber hangers to avoid pipe friction with fuel tank, suspension and chassis frame to reduce vibration rattling noise.
Complete assembly, start the vehicle and take a short test drive to inspect for leaks, abnormal rattling or excessive exhaust noise.
Professional auto mechanic installation is highly recommended for perfect fitment and sealing effect.
