Professional Installation Guidance
Let the engine and exhaust system fully cool for at least 1–2 hours before disassembly to avoid severe high-temperature burns from hot exhaust metal.
Remove the old rusted exhaust assembly and thoroughly clean carbon buildup, rust and leftover old gasket residue off all flange mounting surfaces.
Place new ring gaskets flat between every pipe joint flange, install springs and tighten all clamps & mounting studs evenly to prevent exhaust gas leakage.
Hang exhaust components onto factory rubber hangers properly to stop metal friction between pipes, fuel tank and chassis frame, eliminating vibration rattling noise.
After assembly, clear stored OBD fault codes, start the engine and take a short test drive to inspect all joints for exhaust leaks, abnormal rattling or excessive exhaust noise.
Professional certified mechanic installation is highly recommended for perfect sealing and emission compliance results.
