Gates Super HC V-belts combine the strength of a wrapped belt construction with the economies of a narrow section V-belt. It transmits more power in a given space and allows more compact drive design than classical section V-belts. In short, it offers you more power and considerably reduces the space needed. This significantly cuts the overall drive cost. Super HC V-belts also have exclusive Gates construction features for longer life on your drives.
Up to 300 percent capacity increase over classical belts
Proprietary Flex-Weave cover is a fabric construction, providing extended protection to the belt core from oil, contaminants and heat for longer belt life
Flex-bonded cords are strongly forged to the belt body, resulting in equal load distribution, resistance to fatigue and shock loads and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration
Belt Edge is machined for even pulley groove contact resulting in smoother running, less slip and wear
Meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards and static conductivity requirements
Temperature Range: -22 Degree Fahrenheit to +140 Degree Fahrenheit (-30 Degree Celsius to +60 Degree Celsius)
