Overview / Description
Haldex DQ6014 is a 24 Volt Heater Kit for Haldex / Midland Pure Air Plus™ and PURest™ air dryers. The kit restores the thermostatically controlled heater circuit at the air dryer purge valve, preventing moisture and condensate from freezing in the purge valve and discharge area during cold-weather operation. Maintaining heater function helps the air dryer purge correctly so the vehicle air brake system stays dry and protected against ice blockage and corrosion.
This is the version for air dryers date coded after 8/97 and includes heater 102655DT. The companion 24V kit for dryers date coded prior to 9/97 is DQ6012 (heater 102655FF); the 12 Volt equivalent kit is DQ6013.

Please compare the part number on your existing component to the part number shown above before purchasing. Verify your air dryer model, system voltage (12V versus 24V) and the dryer production date code, because DQ6014 covers dryers date coded after 8/97 while DQ6012 covers dryers date coded prior to 9/97. Independently confirm fitment, dimensions, electrical connector style, mounting and clearance against your equipment, VIN or serial number where relevant. Contact us with your air dryer model and date code if you need help confirming the correct kit.
