Hawk Performance® HB632B.586 HPS 5.0 brake pads are a front or rear (position varies by vehicle) brake pad set for 2006-2017 Volkswagen Touareg (front axle), and 2001-2004 and 2009 Ferrari 360, 2009-2018 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and Z07 Package and 2009 and 2015 Chevrolet Camaro (rear axle), in the HB632 pad shape at 0.586 in thick. The box contains one axle set (2-wheel set) of Hawk Performance® HPS 5.0 brake pads.
IMPORTANT: This pad is a front pad on some vehicles and a rear pad on others, so confirm the axle for your vehicle before ordering. Fitment: front axle: Volkswagen Touareg 2006-2017; rear axle: Chevrolet Camaro 2009, 2015; Chevrolet Corvette 2009-2013, 2015-2018; Ferrari 360 2001-2004, 2009 (trims and limits in the fitment table). Hawk Performance® notes build-date, brake, equipment or caliper details for some vehicles; those are shown in the fitment table. The rear-axle Corvette ZR1, Corvette Z07 Package and Camaro Z28 came with carbon ceramic brakes as standard. These pads are for iron/metal rotors only and will not work with carbon ceramic rotors. Corvette Z06 and Grand Sport trims that Hawk Performance® lists only with ceramic composite brakes are not included. All Hawk Performance® compounds are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. Hawk Performance® pads are designed to work with iron/metal rotors. Other Hawk Performance® compounds in the HB632 shape are sold separately: HB632Z.586 (Performance Ceramic, extremely quiet ultra-low dust street). The results are shorter stopping distances, improved performance under heavy braking conditions, and street car friendly characteristics.
Hawk Performance® lists these HPS 5.0 characteristics: aggressive torque, great rotor and pad wear life, smooth and predictable control, high deceleration rates, and consistent brake release characteristics for a smooth braking feel. Hawk Performance® rates HPS 5.0 for 100-750 F operating temperatures, with a 100-550 F optimal temperature range.
HB632B.586 uses the HB632 pad shape at 0.586 in thick, measuring 5.18 in x 3.04 in (131 mm x 77 mm), with FMSI reference D1129. Dimensions are taken from the Hawk Performance® factory diagram. Hawk Performance® also cross-references the HB632 shape to these aftermarket calipers: Sparta Evolution 4P-A (Large/Front).
Hawk Performance® pads are covered by the Hawk Performance® Street Performance Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
