The Kooks 2260H420 is a set of 1-7/8-inch long tube headers with high flow catted connection pipes, engineered for the 2016-2024 Chevrolet Camaro SS and 2017-2024 ZL1, both with the 6.2L V8. Built with laser-cut 3/8-inch thick stainless steel flanges and hand-ground ports to eliminate exhaust constriction, this system yields some of the largest horsepower gains of any header company on this platform, backed by over 50 years of race-winning header experience.
Every header collector includes a Kooks scavenging spike to maximize exhaust flow, and the included high flow tuner catalytic converters connect to a 3-inch to 2-3/4-inch OEM outlet, allowing the stock cat-back exhaust to be reused. Constructed from T304 aircraft quality stainless steel throughout, this system is built for long-term durability and reliability, and factory exhaust must be cut to complete installation.
This header set is intended for SS and ZL1 owners looking for the maximum flow and power gain a header system can deliver, and is designed for off-road and competition use only rather than street-driven, regulated vehicles; it is not intended for forced induction applications. All gaskets, bolts, and O2 sensor extensions needed for installation are included, and the system is backed by Kooks' limited lifetime warranty.
