Centrifugal clutch assembly complete with bell for SPORT scooters
System composed of the famous:
• Reinforced clutch for heavy road use (Fly Clutch).
• Plus DC04 steel bell (Clutch Bell) dynamically balanced.
Fly System: two items that Malossi has been producing for some time and marketing separately with great success.
The new Malossi proposal aims to guarantee superior quality through the combination of two valuable components that optimize the functioning of the scooter\'s power transmission system.
Given the strong interest in these two items, we thought we were doing something that our customers would appreciate by offering a box to contain both products.
This allows Malossi to provide two quality products in a single package and at a slightly lower price.
Fly Clutch
Fly Clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to easily overcome heavy duty tasks such as, for example, frequent restarts on mountain routes, or in city traffic, studded with traffic lights, especially with a passenger on board, during the hot seasons as it becomes impossible to keep temperatures under control. Fly has benefited enormously from Malossi\'s experience, the result of research and thousands of field tests carried out during scooter competitions.
Clutch Bell
Technical Features:
• DC04 mild steel bell, obtained by cold moulding.
• Central hub in carbon steel obtained from bar and restored by Tig welding.
• Anti-vibration plate printed and fixed using 3 welding points placed at 120° from each other.
• Balancing performed 100% on all production.
• Soft nitriding heat treatment.
