All the turbo componentsand turbocharger is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects and material and workmanship for a period of12 monthsfrom the dateon purchased.If a failure presents itself within this period, the turbocharger will need to sent back to us. Please allow up to 14days for a decision to be made.
Warranty claim:
Turbos that have been exposed to over boosting, oil starvation, overheating , improper cooling, foreign object entry and contamination in oil filter and/or air will not be warranted. ZW Engineboostreserves the right to service, replace or refund parts according to our professional judgement. We recommend using proper oil as required by car/truck/ or turbo manufacturer and performing oil changes when necessary.
By buying a turbocharger from us you are entering thisagreement.
We highly recommend find experienced qualified technicianinstall the turbocharger.Additional we does not cover Labour, vehicle recovery &vehicle hire. We only cover the turbocharger.
