Due to the nature of the bikes we work on, most of them are not road tested. We bench test electrical parts, and shop test what we can. Many parts are designed to be replaced at regular intervals (I\'m looking at you, oil seals) and are not guaranteed. If you purchase a set of forks for a 30-40 year old bike, the seals should be replaced. If you purchase brake parts, they may need to be rebuilt.

We make mistakes. We process hundreds of parts every week, and we don\'t always get it right. I assure you that this isn\'t intentional, please contact us if the part you receive is not as advertised so we can make it right.
*Returns*
We accept returns for any reason. If we\'ve made a mistake, we cover shipping both ways. If you just decide you don\'t want it, no problem, but you will still be responsible for paying shipping both ways. Refund will be limited to the cost of the part only. Please pack the item securely. If it is damaged in shipping, your return will be denied. We don\'t generally charge a restock fee, but there are exceptions to this. Electrical parts will need to be re-tested, and will have a 25% restock fee to account for this. CDI\'s (computers) can only be tested on the bike. If you buy a computer that is listed as \"tested on a running bike\" there will be a 50% restock fee, as we can no longer guarantee that it works, and will have to sell it at a lower price. CDI\'s sold as \"untested\" or \"assumed to be working\" are not subject to this fee.
