Original intended use
This is not simply an anchor light.
It combines two lights in one assembly:
- Forward bi-color navigation light
- Red to port
- Green to starboard
- Visible for 2 nautical miles
- Required for many powerboats under 20 meters.
- Rear utility/deck light
- Clear white light
- Independently switched by the rubber push button on top
- Intended to illuminate the foredeck while docking, handling anchor line, tying up, or working on deck without carrying a flashlight.
