Pricing & Inventory Errors
Occasionally, technical glitches may cause parts to be described incorrectly, have incorrect pricing information or cause out of stock/damaged inventory to be listed on . RIBERG PARTS reserves the right to cancel/refund any order that had parts described incorrectly, had incorrect pricing information or was out of stock/damaged. We do our best to prevent these issues from happening and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Ground shipping rates apply to the continental United States. International shipping rates apply everywhere outside of the continental US.
When shipping internationally, parcels may be subject to Import Tax and Duty Charges, for which the buyer is responsible.
Any international customs fees must be paid by the buyer.
International orders will be shipped via USPS, Global Shipping Program or International Shipping.
Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska will require additional shipping charges.
Most items ship the same day if ordered by 12pm CST. Processing time for small and medium items is 1 business day, 2 business days for oversized items or freight shipments (Hoods, Door shells, Engines, Transmissions etc.)
Large items can only be shipped to a business/commercial address via Freight Shipping. Delivering large items to a residential address will require extra cost/additional payment for Residential Deliver / Liftgate Delivery.
Please note that we will only ship to an address provided on at the check out (with the exception of Freight shipping).
Freight Shipping companies require the customer to unload the shipment. If you are not able to unload your shipment, the shipping company will charge for unloading on your behalf.
To pass our shipping savings on to you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster.

All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer. Items eligible for return are non-functional or items that differ substantially from the description. Please, do not purchase parts just to check and diagnose your vehicleโs problem.
Feel free to message us prior to offerding and we will verify the compatibility to your vehicle.
We are not liable for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
We offer a 90 DAY WARRANTY on all of our parts. (Parts ONLY - NO Labor)
Note: Please be aware that most of the parts we sell have been removed from used vehicles. While we provide accurate descriptions, in many cases, we have limited ability to test the parts and cannot guarantee their proper operation. However, we do offer a return policy for the first 30 days after you receive the item. Please note that returned items must be in the same condition as when we shipped.
