Shipping
We ship all orders using Standard Envelope. Tracking is automatically updated once your label has been purchased.
Please note that this tracking system works differently than standard USPS package tracking. Instead of being physically scanned by postal workers, envelopes are scanned by automated sorting machines as they move through USPS hubs. Because of this, tracking updates may be less frequent.
It’s also common for packages to be marked as “Delivered” before they actually arrive. Depending on your local post office’s sorting process, delivery may occur up to 48 hours after the delivered status appears.
If your package is lost or delayed, we handle those situations quickly. Just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.
We do ask that you contact us directly before opening a case. Opening a case can limit our ability to quickly replace your item and file an insurance claim on your behalf.
We ship thousands of orders each week, so we aren’t able to monitor individual shipments. If something seems off, please reach out—we won’t know there’s an issue unless you tell us.
We’re always happy to help and will resolve any problems as quickly as possible. We simply ask for respectful communication so we can provide the best service possible.
