This listing includes a new PAC AP4-CH41 R.2advanced amplifier integration interface for select 2013-2023 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Maserativehicles equipped with a factory data-bus-controlled amplified audio system.
The AP4-CH41 provides a 6-channel pre-amp output for use with aftermarket audio equipment. Using the full range, fixed level head unit output, in conjunction with data bus messages, the interface delivers a variable 5v RMS pre-amp output with fading, balance, equalization, and level control capabilities.The module also retains audio from other vehicle features such as factory navigation prompts, Bluetooth and Voice Activation. An accessory controlled remote amplifier turn on wire is also provided, and when used in conjunction with the APA-TOS1 (sold separately), the module can provide a variable 2-channel fiber optic digital audio output (TOSLINK).

Jeep Cherokee, Chrysler 200, and Maserati: These vehiclesmust be equipped with a factory amplifier as the AP4 cannot reprogram thefactory radio to think that an amplifier is present.Amplified Vehicles
Non-Amplified Vehicles
- Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator: Compatible with all screen sizes(5”, 7”, and 8”).
- All other models: Only compatible in vehicles equipped withthe 7” or 8” screen. Vehicles equipped with the 5” screen are not compatible.
- If you are installing the AmpPRO in a vehicle that is notequipped with a factory amplifier, you must add an amplifier to the vehicle'sspeakers, as the factory radio will no longer have a 4-channel variable outputafter it has been re-configured by the AmpPRO. For example, this will not workto add only a subwoofer to a non-amplified vehicle, as the radio will no longerpower the cabin speakers properly.
- Non-amplified vehicles equipped with an Active NoiseCancellation (ANC) system require the ANC module to be bypassed. This can bedone manually or with the ANC bypass harness ANC-CH01.The following vehicles have an ANC module that needs to bebypassed:2017-2019 Chrysler Pacifica / 2015-2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee / 2019 RAM Truck (Non-Classic)
