12V battery → 120V household AC power = NO
If you need a device that takes power from a 12V battery and produces 120V household AC electricity, you need an inverter, not this converter.

Smart Battery Charging
The PM4-75LK is more than a basic fixed-voltage power supply. It is designed to provide intelligent charging for compatible 12V battery systems.
The multi-stage charging system uses different voltage levels during the charging/maintenance process, including approximately 14.6V, 13.6V and 13.2V DC.
The unit also offers an adjustable fixed power-supply mode of approximately 13V–16.5V DC for compatible applications.
