The Item is brand new in new packaging.
How to do the warranty :Thewarranty will be covered by natural faulty not including man-madedamaged.If you receive a defective item or any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period,buyershave to report to uswithin5 daysandtake a picture to show us the damage part and outside of packageafter received the item. We will try to help you solve the problem by system. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item for our repair by freight prepaid.
