The clamp is new old stock/surplus and appears unused. Original surplus identification tag is included as shown in the photographs. Item may show minor storage/handling marks from long-term inventory.
Potential aircraft/turbocharger applications include installations associated with Piper PA-31 series, Cessna P210N, Twin Commander 700, Helio Courier H-700 and other aircraft utilizing the applicable TH08A60 or TH08A69 turbocharger.
