Carburetter and linkage were totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages wereblown clear with high pressure air. Standard B5AY metering needle installed. Air valve and bore werepolished and mounting surfaces trued. New fuel inlet needle valve installed and float level set. New throttle shaft seals installed. New gaskets, diaphragm and o-rings installed. Oil seal replaced in damper tube to prevent oil leakage. Throttle bypass valve rebuilt and adjusted. Temperature compensator cleaned and adjusted. Choke was disassembled, mount surfaced then cleaned, adjusted and vacuum tested for leakage. Set to factory default settings. Final adjustments to be performed by buyer.
