The DCR pump was specifically engineered for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke to match the CP4 output curve, allowing the conversion to operatewithout calibration or tuning changes.

Durable DCR Pump Design
The two-piston DCR pump uses a compact modular design and patented eccentric-drive pumping technology. Its pressure-lubricated cam and bushings are engineered to provide excellent performance, efficiency and long-term durability.
The pump can provide up to1,250 mm³ of fuel per revolution, offering additional fuel-flow capacity compared with the CP4.2 and providing additional capacity for applications with higher injector return flow.
Corrosion-Resistant IMV
The DCR pump features Stanadyne's corrosion-resistant Inlet Metering Valve (IMV). High-quality corrosion-resistant components and design features help prevent larger debris from entering the valve, improving robustness and durability in demanding operating environments.
Direct Drop-In Conversion
The DCR system was engineered specifically as a replacement for the CP4 used on Ford 6.7L Power Stroke engines.
It maintains the required output characteristics of the original pump while providing OE-style installation using quality braided hose and steel fuel lines.
No additional engine calibration or tuning is required for the conversion.
