We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will receive an email message as soon we have shipped your itemand provide tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system.
If the item is not available in our local store at the time you placed the order, this item will be shipped from an alternate warehouse direct to you.

If the item you purchased is found to be defective, we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item's return within 14 days of your receiving delivery.
We are also happy to exchange or replace the item.
