Suggested easy instructions:
Lubricate the bore and piston and then put the piston in the bore. Apply (slight) downward pressure and insert the TransTec Lip Wizard between the piston and the bore (or in other applications between the shaft, the piston and the bore which takes two Lip Wizards) and roll the Lip Wizard around the drum.
