Take-Off Left Side Headlight Lamp w/ Dirt Specs in Lens for 2000-04 Chevy Impala
Used OEM Headlight Assembly #1034991-L. This was used on the Right Handed side of the Autosystem Chevy Impula from 2000-2004. Please note this headlight was removed from a vehicle and though the lens is clear there are some dirt specs in it. The lamp assembly does not come with bulbs included. Please plan on purchasing new bulbs when purchasing this headlight. Please see the application chart above to confirm your vehicle is included in the vehicle list. If you email us your year make and model or your vin # we can verify if this is the correct headlight for your application. These are OEM used old stock. They were obtained from a repair shop buyout when they were removing inventory to make room for newer models. Since they are take-offs, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are covered under our fitment guarantee and are returnable for any reason. Please email us if you have any questions.
