Tomos Targa LX Moped 2004 :
$600.00
This bike is not running. It had been sitting up for some years. I placed brand new gas and engine oil. But it does not crank over. I believe it was a part misplaced. Take it as is. A mechanic will fix this in no time. Once you get it up and running you will enjoy this bike. It is so convenient to ride around a city. Come check it out.
