This is a timing cover for Triumph motorcycles (Bonneville and probably others) from the 1960s through the 1980s. It includes the kickstart sector. The cover has some surface corrosion which needs to be polished out. It includes a needle bearing and a ball bearing, both of which I would suggest replacing.
