Product Description
The Turbosmart TS-0225-1001 Vee Port EM is a plug-and-play electro-mechanical blow-off valve designed for the 2013–2026 Ford F-150 equipped with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost V6, including Raptor and Limited models. This SEMA award-winning design combines Turbosmart's proven EM technology with a unique variable exhaust port system, creating a high-performance BOV that handles as much boost pressure and flow as anything available for the EcoBoost F-150 platform. The 38mm hard-anodized piston paired with a high-speed solenoid and internal reference system delivers rapid valve response and precise electronic control while venting to atmosphere for an aggressive blow-off sound under driving load.
Installation is a true plug-and-play process -- remove the factory plastic diverter valve from the bayonet-style fitting, screw in the Vee Port EM, and plug the EM loom into the factory electrical connector. No vacuum lines, adapters, or modifications are required, and the valve retains full OE ECU integration. The billet aluminum construction with black anodized finish replaces the failure-prone factory plastic valve with a unit built for both stock and heavily modified EcoBoost applications. A plumb back block-off plug is included for those who prefer to run the valve in a sealed configuration. Designed, engineered, and manufactured by Turbosmart in Sydney, Australia.
