If you have a question, we will answer it. If there is a problem, we will take care of it, PERIOD.
We expedite all orders placed on and ship within 2 business days. Most orders placed by 2pm PST are shipped the same business day.
Orders to street addresses in the lower 48 United States ship via FedEx. Orders to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outlying US territories are shipped via USPS.
International shipments are sent via EMS. You are responsible for any tariff, import fees, or brokerage fees that your country might charge.
We know that our products may not be for everyone, so we offer hassle free returns on every item we sell.
We don't play the return games that other sellers play, making you take pictures then pretending we never got them, dragging out the return process for weeks hoping you will give up.
Just send back the complete item to us within 30 days, and we will refund you when we get it, simple as that.
