OMC Cobra SX Volvo Penta joint venture 1994-1998 upper unit from a 1994 Four Winns with a 3.0L engine. 1.85 ratio. This has some interchangeability with both OMC Cobra and Volvo Penta SX drives but confirm for your application. Sold for parts or repair.
The unit turns freely at times but does not appear to be shifting correctly. The gears are in tact with only what looks to be a patch of surface rust on the upper gear. Bearings and internals look good on visual inspection. U-joints and driveshaft are good. The unit appears to have had an amateur repair attempt as there were clear signs that the last person in did not know what they were doing.
