Returns / Defective Items.If you have issues with your item, please reach out to us before opening a return or complaint. Once a return is open it limits our options for resolving the issue. Please Contact us first for assistance, the option to open a return or complaint has a 30 day window. Even if it states no returns on your item odds are we will take care of you. We are dedicated to providing a quality product at a cost effective price. That said we are human and can make mistakes, the big thing is we do fix them. Need help Verifying fit before purchasing? Shipping:We ship items daily Monday Through Friday. Our packages are picked up daily by our delivery partners at UPS Fedex and USPS. Our normal Method of Shipping is UPS Ground, in some cases we use fedex or USPS to meet a customers particular need, or due to special delivery requirements. Our packages are usually picked up by 1pm est though it can vary day to day. While we state 1 Day handling on our listings, we will ship same day when timing allows for it. Worst case is next day as stated in our shipping terms, the exception being that nothing normally goes out on saturday or sunday due to business hours. While we have no control over what happens to an item once it leaves our custody we are happy to assist when shipping issues arise. We insure all of our packages and can handle any lost item complaints or damaged item complaints. You may be required to ship the item back to us for evidence for the shipping company. If you are having a problem with an item in transit, or an item gets lost please remember that all we can control on our end is how we resolve the issue for you.
About Us:We are a freshwater marine repair facility located in Michigan. We have been in business for over 50 years, and use to sell parts that do better online than in our local market, or that are overstocked in our inventory. Our on hand inventory consists of over 10,000 used and new parts. Our specialty is outboard motors, though we do have experience and parts for I/O as well. We are very experienced with mid 50s through modern Evinrude Johnson, and Mercury Motors after the 70s. While we do have experience with Yamaha, Honda, Tohatsu, and other brands, they are not as common in our market. We take our role as a service provider seriously. All of our parts are tested to the best of our ability when put into our inventory system. That said parts can go bad on the shelf, in shipping, or we may have missed something. We will make it right when these situations occur. The other common issue, is that when selling used parts, perception is everything. A part that may seem good and usable to a technician with 30 years experience, may appear worn or abnormal to you. If you have concerns, talk to us, we will happily do what we can to alleviate those concerns, or when necessary return or replace the part. We are also happy to assist with troubleshooting advice.
