Made in the United States, this vintage part looks great with nice grain on it and no cracks.There is some light scratches on which is shown in the pics Might be able to sand smooth but this is how it came off the truck.Look close at the pics before you purchase it,again it’s a great looking driver condition steering wheel.Extra nice original GM wheel.
