Vintage 1935-1936 Ford Norlipp Hood Ornament – Red Glass/Lucite Insert
Rare original vintage Norlipp accessory hood ornament for 1935-1936 Ford automobiles, featuring a beautiful red translucent insert.
This is a period aftermarket/accessory hood ornament and not a modern reproduction.
The red insert is present and displays beautifully. Under normal lighting it appears a deep burgundy/red, and when illuminated from behind it becomes a brilliant ruby red, as shown in the photographs.
The metal housing is in original unrestored condition and shows significant age-related oxidation, pitting, discoloration and loss of the original plated finish. The red insert shows normal age-related marks and imperfections. Please examine all photographs carefully for exact condition.
Mounting bracket is present as shown.
