This vintage magneto charger and tester is in used condition. It is untested. This was manufactured by The Clingensmith MFG Co. They named it \"Little Giant Magneto Charger\". It looks like it was manufactured in the 1910s or 1920s. Based on my research the outlets were introduced around 1915.
