Core Return Shipping- It is the buyers responsibility to ship the core back to our facility. We recommend that you get a tracking number for your core that you are shipping back to us.Core Refund- Core must be returned to our facility within 30 days of purchase. Core will be inspected for damages. No credit will be given for any units with broken or cracked housings. Core refunds take 5-7 days to process once we receive the core in house. Core refund will be given in money back. If you can see your core is Broken, Bent, or Does Not Turn,Pleasedo not ship it back to our facility. You will not receive core credit on such damages.
