Installation Instructions
NO INLET & NO VENTClass A Customs RV Black Water Tanks only come with the outlet, the top of the tank is solid having no holes in it.Vent patch(es) will be located on the top of the tank, this is not a fitting, it is a part of the manufacturing process.End user will determine where the inlet and vent will need to be placed and install.Inlet and vent parts NOT included, see photos for more information.
INSTALLED OUTLET3” ABS Female Pipe - outlet cannot be movedDo Notover-tighten fittings damage will occurDump valve does not hook directly to the 3" ABS fitting, from the outlet run PVC or ABS pipe to the outside of the trailer, a dump valve is added to the pipe.Dump Valve and Pipe NOT included, see photos for more information.
MOUNTING & BRACING TANKAll Class A Customs Water Tanks need to be adequately supported and braced to prevent movement during transit.Do Nothang tank by ratchet straps, metal plumbing banding or other items that are not made for water tank supports.Do Notplace weight on tank, if you need to stack the tanks you will need a weight bearing shelf between them.Class A Customs offers “J” style brackets that can be used on tanks designed with bracket pockets for mounting, verify tank has correct mounting before purchasing brackets.Brackets and Mounting Hardware Not included, see photos for more information.

Answer:Class A Customs can make a custom tank, however, this might be too expensive for most customers needing just one item, the following is typical of making a new style/design tank.You would need to prepay to have a mold made this ranges from $9,000 and up, lead time can be 8 weeks or more.You would need to place a prepaid PO of a qty of tanks per month/per year, your sales associate would confirm this number, before the mold would be made.
