Because shipping is the buyer\'s responsibility in some cases, we are careful to include correct weights and dimensions in each listing. Ifexpedited shippingis needed, reach out to us before paying for the item so that we can send an invoice to include shipping costs. Please specify the carrier and expedition rate you\'d like us to use.
Unfortunately, our free service does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or outside the United States.
We are happy to provide combined shipping on multiple orders and practice doing so regularly. Let us know if you have any questions about doing so.
Flat Rate Freightmeans your item will ship via an LTL freight carrier. This is because the item or total order shipment weight is above standard shipping limits, or the item is too fragile to be sent ground. If you require liftgate service or would prefer picking your shipment up at the carrier\'s closest location in leu of delivery, please reach out to us so that we can help make the delivery / pick up as easy as possible for you.
Here\'s what you need to know about international shipping:
We ONLY use Standard international shipping. This is to reduce monetary liability for the buyer and ourselves.
We cannot provide a customs invoice. This is included with \'s Standard international shipping option.
We will not alter an invoice to show an amount other than the actual order value.

Did you receive the incorrect part, or was it damaged during shipping? It\'s our responsibility to try to rectify the situation. Please do send us a message before initiating a return. Sometimes it\'s more cost efficient to send the correct item out without returning the incorrect one.
If an item is delayed in shipping, or lost, or held in customs during international shipping, feel free to make us aware of what\'s going on and we\'ll try our best to help if we can.
If an item that is returned outside of \'s return service is lost or damaged in shipping, we are not responsible for the refund amount.
When the return has been received, we will expeditiously issue a refund. place an order for a replacement (upon availability) or issue a full refund. Shipping costs for returns resulting from items that are defective, damaged or not incorrectly described will be covered by Essenbay Marine.
