Rigid Axle accepts payments from all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. While purchasing on , immediate payment is required via Paypal.

- Shipping and Handling
How does it get any better than free shipping? All domestic orders will ship free of charge to you! We promise a 1 day handling time or less on all purchases after receiving payment. All parcels will be shipped via UPS Ground unless requested differently by the buyer. Typically, domestic orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be shipped same day.
We do charge an additional handling fee for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders in order for shipping charges to be covered. International orders will be handled with the same care and attention. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Customs forms will be filled out per the purchase price.
- Returns
This is where Rigid Axle really stands out from the pack! We offer a 60 day return policy, no questions asked. We want our customers to feel confident in ordering from us.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item hasn\'t been opened, damaged, or used an any way, feel free to send it back! We will inspect your retun for damage and completeness. If anything is missing or has shown signs of use, will be notified and the items will be returned to the buyer.
Exchanges are accepted as well! The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Again, the exchange can only happen if the original shipment is complete, and in unopened orginal packaging.

We will not be held liable for any damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of our products. - Warranty
Rigid Axle is here to assist you with any warranty claims. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty claims. Please contact us with your order date, user ID, and the part number you are having issues with, and we will contact the original equiptment manufacture to file a claim.
