Hooker Super Competition Long tube Headers - Painted 6130HKR

1965-1969 Full Size Ford/Mercury Passenger & Wagons: 390-428, Tube 1.75" x 33", Collector Size 3", Collector Length 8", Port Shape: Same As Port. With Hooker Super Competition the objective has always been to make the maximum horsepower and to put it at the optimum point in the power curve. It takes a lot of time and money to do the job right. We will sometimes spend up to 2 to 3 times more just to make the Super Competition header work only 5 to 10% better. That commitment to excellence has made Hooker Headers the winningest header manufacturer in automotive drag racing history.. Will only fit 16 bolt F.E. cylinder heads with the top four exhaust bolt holes in line - Will not seal properly on heads with the end upper bolts lower than the center bolts. Will not fit convertible models. Long-tube headers do not include reducers. Do not use header wraps; they can cause header tube cracking from excessive heat or rust from moisture build-up and void the warranty. Breaking in an engine with ceramic-coated headers can damage the coating and void the warranty. Use cast-iron exhaust manifolds or old headers during engine break-in to prevent coating damage. Ceramic-coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before withstanding extreme heat.

Holley Performance Products also does not warrant, and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current brand catalog.
• Warranties do not apply to items sold as Used. We want to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Although obsolete, scratch & dent and used items do not have a warranty, we understand that things happen and every situation is different.
